Rental Terms and Policies
The following applied to all rental agreements:  1.  There is a 7 day minimum rental policy.  2.  Singles under 26 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.  3.  No pets, no smoking.  4.  A maximum of 6 renters is permitted.
