There are a number of fishing options available to our clients, each of which can be initiated on our property.   These include charter fishing expeditions, beachside and the intercoastal waterway.  Our own Gary Folden, one of the condominium association members, runs a charter fishing service out of Clearwater Beach, a short 10 minute drive from our Florida Beach Rental building.  Reservations for half and full day charters are available by calling him at (727) 585-8544.  

Captain Gary Folden has lived in the area for over 30 years and knows many excellent coastal, deep sea and intercoastal fishing spots.  My family and I have used Gary's services personally and we landed large grouper, snapper, triggerfish and even a nurse shark!!!  

If you are looking for fishing activities closer to your front door, there is always fishing off the beach or across the street at our  private dock on the intercoastal.  This dock is available free of charge to all customers.  Florida fishing regulations can found on www.floridagame.com and orders can be placed on-line for  3, 7 or 365 day saltwater permits.
